Thank you for shopping with Design a Doll Studio. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or special-order products may require additional processing time.
Business days generally exclude weekends and recognized holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.
Please allow the shipping carrier time to update tracking information.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once tracking indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Design a Doll Studio is generally not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Local Delivery
If Design a Doll Studio offers local delivery through a third-party service, availability, delivery fees, and estimated delivery times may vary based on location and service availability.
